Westwood Common, Beverly Hills, Michigan

Robert Gibbs of Gibbs Planning Group designed Westwood Common as a conservation-oriented community on just five acres, conserving 12 acres of the site as a natural preserve.  The community has 20 homes clustered around an English close and was the first New Urban neighborhood in Michigan.  Westwood Common was awarded the “Best Place to Live” in metro Detroit by the American Institute of Architects.

Gibbs Planning Group provided master planning and landscape architectural services and the community's developer was Jensen Homes.
